Terms and Conditions for INDIA KI DOOSRI DIWALI

Eligibility

The free-to-enter promotional offer India Ki Doosri Diwali herein referred to as a “Offer” is open to all Indian residents excluding from the State of Tamil Nadu aged 18 years and above except employees of Tata Motors (hereinafter referred to as “TML”) and their families. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Outlet, Dealers, Distributors, Service Stations and their respective employees) and Government Sales.

The offer shall commence on 1st November, 2019 and shall continue till 2359 hrs on 30th November, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “offer period”) or till stocks last upon fulfillment of the Terms and Conditions.

The offer is valid only on the purchase of TATA ACE, ACE ZIP,INTRA, ACE MEGA, SUPER ACE MINT, YODHA and 207 and all its variants (hereinafter referred to as “vehicle”).

Every eligible customer purchasing (with full payment made to the Tata Motors Authorized Dealership) any of the above mentioned vehicle/s during the offer period will be eligible to participate in the offer.

Gratification

At the time of Delivery of the vehicle, the Customer will be briefed on the offer by Tata Motors Authorized Dealership and given the Scratch Card voucher, after scratching the carbon molecule coating the Unique Code would be visible to the Customer.

Customer to share the Unique Code mentioned in the Scratch Card Voucher with the Tata Motors Authorized Dealership from whom the customer had purchased the vehicle along with the counterfoil of the Scratch Card Voucher.

Tata Motors Authorized Dealership shall input the Unique Code along with the Chassis Number of the Vehicle in the CRM Portal in the presence of the customer to ascertain the Gift won by the customer.

Tata Motors Authorized Dealership shall mention the Gift won by the Customer on the Scratch Card Voucher and Stamp the Scratch Card Voucher.

• Winners shall provide self-attested copies of PAN CARD, Voter Identity Card/Passport, Aadhar Card and any other document as demanded by TML through Tata Motors Authorized Dealership.

• Gift will be handed over within 90 days from the date of submission of documents including the Gift Tax to Tata Motors Authorized Dealership where the customer had purchased the vehicle.

• Gift stands forfeited in case the winner fails to provide the documents (PAN CARD, Voter Identity Card/Passport, Aadhar Card, Gift Tax etc.,) as demanded by TML through Tata Motors Authorized Dealership within 30 days from the date of input of unique code in the CRM System to ascertain the gift.

General Terms and Conditions

• Gifts shall not be transferable by a winner to any third party.

• Winner shall not claim cash in lieu of the gift.

• Offer is conducted by TML at its sole discretion.

• TML, its directors, managers and employees shall not be responsible for any losses including but not limited to any damages, claims, costs injury or any other liability arising under this Offer.

• Tata Motors Authorized Dealership, directors, managers, employees and partners shall not be responsible for any losses including but not limited to any damages, claims, costs, injury or any other liability arising under this Offer.

• TML shall not be responsible for any defects whatsoever including mechanical or manufacturing defects pertaining to Juicer Mixer, Mobile Phones, Washing Machine and LED TVs provided as Gifts under this Offer. Standard Warranty of the Gifts will be applicable and binding on the Winner.

• In the event of any deficiencies and defects in the gift, winner shall take up the matter directly with the respective Manufacturer/Seller. No claims/liabilities in this regard will be entertained by TML.

• Gifts handed over are at the discretion of TML and are subject to change without any prior notice.

• By participating in this offer, every participant agrees to allow use of his or her name and / or photograph/వీడియోgraph for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.

• Gifts are subject to any tax or any statutory state and central levies. Any other deductions as applicable under the provisions of law shall be made at source before the Gift is handed over to the Winner.

• Winner shall indemnify TML and its directors, managers, employees in case of liability on TML in any case whatsoever including due to non-adherence of this terms and conditions.

• TML reserves the right to disqualify any winner under this offer, if he/she is found to have provided any untruthful or misleading details/documents including personal details/documents.

• By entering the offer all participants unconditionally accept and adhere to the above terms and conditions. Non-acceptance and/or Non-adherence of any of these terms and conditions shall result in disqualification from the offer.

• Images and Illustrations are indicative and for information purposes only.

• The offer under this scheme is optional. Vehicles are available without availing this offer.

• Accessories may or may not be a part of Standard Fitment.

• All the features/ specifications are not available in all variants of the vehicle and may vary for different variants of vehicle.

• Decision made by TML under this offer in all aspects is final and binding upon all the participants and winners.

• TML reserves the right to change curtail or discontinue the offer without notice. Decision of TML is final in all respects and binding on all participants to the offer and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.

• All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
